We aim to provide a high quality service. This charter sets out the standards we are working towards.

We want to provide you with an excellent service; however, we need your help.

If we have done something that has exceeded you expectations please let us know. It is also important that you are able to tell us if something has gone wrong or if you have a suggestion about improvement to our service.

Our commitments to you

  • We will endeavour to get it right first time, on time, every time
  • We will record complaints, comments and compliments and use them to review and improve our services
  • We will aim to resolve problems within 5 working days or, where this is not possible within 10 working days
  • We will endeavour to answer 90% of all telephone calls within 6 rings
  • We will return phone messages within 1 working day
  • We will ensure you are treated in a courteous manner at all times

Information service

  • We will provide information on fabrication design for galvanising

  • Give us all the appropriate information to enable us to deal with any complaint quickly and effectively
  • Tell us immediately if you are unhappy with the service you have received
